Each Membership runs for 12 months from the date of sign-up. As a Member you’ll be the first to hear when additional events are confirmed.

Your seat is centrally positioned in the undercover, upper level of the Western Grandstand — reserved for you at every event included in your Membership year.

Member seating is allocated across bays 36–38. Each Member is allocated their own seat, with the ability for family, friends or colleagues to be seated together.

Pricing & payment options

Join at any time. Memberships run for 12 months from the date of sign-up.

Monthly instalments

$50 / month adult
$30 / month junior

12 monthly payments + $100 joining fee. Total $700 adult / $460 junior.

All prices include GST. Junior memberships must be purchased in conjunction with at least one adult Membership.

Frequently asked questions

Can I transfer my Membership to someone else?

Yes. Your polytec Stadium Membership is fully transferable, so if you can’t attend an event yourself, you can pass your ticket on to someone else to enjoy your seat.

Are business Memberships available?

Yes. Memberships can be registered in a business name and used for different customers and/or staff members at each event — ideal for client entertainment or staff rewards.

How long does a Membership last?

Each individual Membership runs for 12 months from the date of sign-up.

What if I can’t attend an event?

Memberships are fully transferable — you can pass your ticket to family, a friend or a colleague. The Operator is not responsible if you don’t attend, and no refund is payable for missed events.

Full terms & conditions

Last updated: 1 October 2024. VenuesLive Management Services (CC) Pty Ltd (Operator) operates polytec Stadium (Stadium) as agent for Central Coast Council (Council). The Operator accepts applications for Membership at polytec Stadium on these Terms and Conditions. By purchasing a Membership, each Member agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Membership Benefits. Each Member receives: allocation of a seat within the undercover upper level of the Western Grandstand (bays 35–38) for all Regular Events during the Membership Term; opportunity to purchase Concert tickets (not necessarily in the Members’ seating area); 10% discount on food and beverage purchases at all Events; Welcome Pack and Membership card; opportunity to purchase additional Member tickets for selected Events subject to availability; priority access to the Northwest Terrace Bar for all Regular Events.

2. Membership Term & Fee. Each Membership runs for 12 months from sign-up date. Fee is $600 Adult / $360 Child paid up-front, or $700 Adult / $460 Child paid as a $100 joining fee plus 12 monthly instalments of $50 / $30. Fees may be increased by CPI in subsequent terms. Members may authorise another person to use their Membership but remain responsible for that person’s conduct.

3. No guarantee of Events. The Operator does not guarantee the number or type of Events at the Stadium in any Membership Term, and is not liable for cancellation, postponement or abandonment of Events. No refund or compensation is payable for cancelled or unattended Events. Concert attendance is subject to ticket purchase. Excluded Events (World Events, private events) are not included.

4. Conduct. Members and any Authorised Person must comply with the Stadium Regulations and Conditions of Entry, behave in a responsible and orderly manner, comply with directions of customer service staff, and observe security and emergency procedures. The Operator may refuse admission or direct any person to leave for improper, threatening or abusive behaviour. Memberships may not be used for advertising, promotional or commercial purposes, including ambush marketing.

5. Cancellation. The Operator may cancel a Membership with immediate effect if the Membership Fee is unpaid or the Member’s Seat is used by a banned person. Cancellation results in loss of all Membership Benefits with no refund or compensation payable.

6. General. These Terms may be updated by the Operator from time to time. Notices may be in writing including by email. The Operator is not liable for delays caused by a Force Majeure Event (natural disasters, war, pandemic excluding COVID-19, fire, utility interruption, government direction, etc.). This Agreement does not create a partnership or joint venture.

Definitions: Adult = 18 or older; Child = 17 or younger; Regular Events = all sporting and community events excluding Concerts and Excluded Events; Concert = musical performance at the Stadium; Excluded Events = World Events, private events, or any event where the Operator can’t provide Member seating; Authorised Person = a person authorised by the Member to use the Membership; CPI = All Groups CPI (Sydney). All amounts in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated.
